What is your honest opinion on Jon Jones

The guy truly hasn't been relevant to the sport for half a decade if not for the UFC insisting on propping him up and stuffing him in the way of forward progress. He had a great career at LHW and this HW fiasco only adds another big ugly asterisk to a career full of them. The second you decide you're not interested in fighting anymore, you have no use to me as an MMA fan.

Honest Opinion on Jones... Let's see...
He's a cheating, woman beating, hit and run coward, lying, eye poking, piece of shit that is currently holding up an entire UFC division because of a combination of greed and shook...

Yes I think that sums up my opinion of Jones nicely.

He's the greatest MMA fighter of all time.

His legacy sucks and he did it to himself.

He's got no reason to ever fight again.

Biggest phoney in mma. Not a true fighter. An athlete who steroid cheated his way to the top (just like his brothers) with an insane wing span and eye pokes to boot. You’ll never hear me speak this way about any other fighter.

First I will say… as a human, he is a piece of shit!

Now as a fighter? The GOAT. Whether he did roids or not doesn’t bother me one bit. The hw belt debacle I could care less because the division is garbage, and he is the only one left that brings real legitimacy. The pavelich things, gane, tom and volkov can fight each other the rest of their careers and it will still be shit.

Only thing that pisses me off we will never get is the Francis fight. That was the only fight I could actually see him losing at heavyweight that brought that “oh shit” fear element to it. Other than that, he is the greatest to ever do it, and we won’t ever see that kind of talent again, or for a long time.

This part doesnt bother me.
I know it shouldn't but the way it happened against an out of camp Chael Sonnen just leaves a bad memory for most people. Other champions have taken a short notice bout, the most recent example being Islam.

Sure its a bad memory for some but i def understand him not doing it, and defend his right to do so.

He has so much other shit to hate him for, this isnt one of them for me lololol

Gone over 15 years unbeaten fighting the best competition. His resume is #1 all mma and not close . When he wanted to it seemed he could dominate anyone.

A great human being inside and outside of the cage, whose always fought clean and never avoided tough match-ups. A wonderful ambassador for the sport of mixed martial arts.

Undoubtedly the GOAT of mma. Also a huge POS who has missed out on transcending fame and tens of millions because he is a complete and utter fuck-up.

Steroids or not, he's the GOAT. But d
I don't consider him the heavyweight champion. He should've vacated or been stripped already

Terrible person, probably the most natural talent of any MMA fighter we've seen yet, but his entire record should be changed to NC and he should get a lifetime ban for his PED failures. Turinabol pulsing isn't a real thing. The Olympics & WADA rejected it. He was just using Turinabol the whole time.

Probably the most vicious and dangerous fighter of all time. The guy simply knows how to hurt people in the cage.

His PED use is a stain on his legacy, but until very recently, a large percentage of fighters have historically used PED’s. A lot just never got caught.

IMO it’s hard to call him a duck, because he’s the most valuable guy in the UFC HW division and he knows it. If they gave him the money he deserves, he would no doubt fight Aspinall. He’s just already loaded, and already perceived as the GOAT by most fans, so they have to make it worth his while.
