Personal favorite was literally any time anyone would throw punches in the clinch he’d refer to “a little duty boxing, a’ la Randy Couture”

This was predictable and hilarious

Shout out to “virtually identical”

LITTLE EAGLE SOARS AGAIN!

If Keith Jardine's last name was Johnson, then the 'Dean of Mean' nickname wouldn't make any sense...!

Vampire sexuality...!

Aaron Simpson is the 30-something of the Randy Couture 40-somethings

Rogan: "He's getting instructions in two languages."
Goldy: "HE UNDERSTANDS THEM BOTH!!"

Definitely "It's all over!"
The dude was goofy as hell, but I'd take "His precision is really precise" over listening to DC toe the company line any night.

I actually liked Goldy.

He made some mistakes but we can't all be chick hearn.

I always got the sense that Rogan didn't really like him though. Like he saw them very much as co workers and not friends.

When he tried to say Travis Lutter was the Michael Jordan of jiu-jitsu and Rogan was like "no he's not." So he said "OK, maybe the Kobe Bryant" and Rogan was like "nope, not that either." I'm paraphrasing.

'It takes a lot of energy to be a rockstar'
<goldie>

That was too deep for Joe to understand.
