Who should have he fought at LHW after beating Jan? Ankalaev couldn't get a win, Rakic was injured, Glover retired and they wouldn't fight anyway, Jamahal was injured, Johnny Walker is a joke. Alex facing Jiri was the only fight that made sense and the belt was in the limbo since Jones relinquished it.

It's more like the division was a total wasteland than him being actually fast tracked.
