I've been on quite the alcoholic binge lately, and have added a couple extra layers of fat, and would like to lose about twenty pounds . I enjoy doing cardio, but was just curious if when I lift weights, should I do lower weights, with more reps? Does that cut fat better than lifting heavier weights. At the moment I don't care about bulking up at all. Just getting rid of this extra fat that I've packed on. I also have a Heavy/speed bag combo at my house. Any help would be appreciated.
