Soon gonna be the best time ever for me to going to watch a live event in an actual Arena

What are your tips?

Is ringside the best possible seats?

get nosebleed seats. serious

About 15 rows up ... seriously unless youre literally cage side thats the best seats as u see everything.

100 section anywhere from like 6 to 15 rows up. You will be eye level with the fighters (if not slightly elevated) but won't be far from the actual cage.

I've sat near ringside and 100 section towards the middle was way better

In my experience you either end up watching the big screen or wishing you could see the big screen.

And ultimately when your going through all the bull shit and trying to make the trip back home, your wondering why you didn't just by the ppv and watch from the best seat in the house, your couch.

Yes, autocorrect messed with a word, I corrected it.

Please continue with the thread point
No.

But it really depends on the venue and the angle of the stands. First 5 rows ringside are good, but you'll be watching through the fence. Get seats in the lower bowl, but h7ghehigher1514486773916.jpg than the top of the octagon. The venue should have a seat map online.

I think it kind of depends on the venue and how they set up there. I’ve been to places where I was sitting basically ring side and just the overall experience was bad because of ability to see, straining myself to catch different angles , etc.. A lot of people seem to like the “nosebleeds” because they’re constantly good for viewing the monitors and all that stuff. I like to be a little bit back when it’s starts to elevate up on a slope from front row/cage side seating. It’s not too far from the cage where you lose the intimacy and you’re still able to check out the big screen

no fools beside you
no queuing for the toilet
no urine thrown at you because someone didn't want to want to queue for the toilet and instead did in a cup and launched it across the stands

Bottom of 2nd section or top of 1st. Either way everytime there grappling you have to watch the screen.

Yeah if you have never been you should def go, but HD is so good now if all you care about is the fights like me, well beer n pizza is way cheaper at my pad.

Dude I promise you that the best seat is your couch in your living room. When you go to a live event, you’re just watching the fight on a giant monitor, glancing back and forth from the octagon (obligatory, cuz you’re there right?) but you can’t see impact of strikes, techniques, movement, etc unless you’re looking at the monitor with no commentary. I’ve been to 4 live UFC events and after all of them I thought, can’t wait to go home and watch them on my TV to see what happened!

I've sat above the "lower" bowl in club/lodge type seatings before, those were great. View was awesome, if I somehow was missing anything the screen was there, actually had our own personal screen + waiter so that was cool. I've had seats from 15-25 rows up can still see. Got floor seats for the first time though coming up for the one in Orlando so we'll see how that goes.

I've never gone back and rewatched an event for that reason.

I came up with the idea of broadcasting the commentary on low power fm transmitter that way ppl in the arena can hear the commentary.

Going to baseball games and listening to the broadcast team on the radio or MLB app is awsome.

Mazzagati used to get a really good seat to sit back and watch.
