hey guys. i've never posted in here before but i need to know something. i have a amatuer pancration fight coming up on may 31. so thats 3 weeks. i am 5'11 168lbs at the moment, i just weighed myself. i'd like to get ride of as much weight as possible so i can fight in a lower weight class. So i'm going to stop drinking pop, eating junk food, and drinking.. do any of you sherdoggers know what i should be eating? thanks guys.
