What is going on with Weili Zhang's visa?

having trouble getting in so she hurls sarcastic insults at the country's visa officials...

She is an athlete and champion in a semi high profile sporting league, (let's not compare the UFC to the NFL, NBA, etc.).

For both of her previous UFC fights in the USA she couldn't have her coach cornering her because he couldn't get a visa. The visa goons have been hitting her team hard.
 
UFC/WME won't have any problem getting that fixed unless she's done something that specifically has her flagged as a threat of some kind.

The U.S. denied a visa for her coach (who normally corners for her) for both of her fights in the US. After winning the belt, she publicly asked the UFC to fix this so she can fight in the US with her coach cornering her. The result so far: now Zhang herself gets denied a visa.

they don't care if the fighter gets to have their coach. They do care if the fighters can fight
 
I'm in favor of deporting Mackenzie Dern back to Brazil for a Green card to Weili.
Better yet send Dern to be organ harvested while alive in Beijing, and give Weili her Citizenship.

Just a thought..
