I'll remember him first and foremost for his SF run. He was a great fighter that also reached the top in the UFC. Unfortunately he will always be tied to Jones and will get overshadowed.

He should come out of retirement and challenge Jones at hw , Dc is better at hw IMO

What will you remember him for?

Losing to Jones and Stipe only is pretty beast like. Started at 30, so late, and fought pretty good past 37. He was a natural at posing his will on others with amazing core strength. I thought his last fight with Stipe, he looked old or past his prime shape. But the fights before he looked fine.

Him and stipe were evenly matched imo, even though he lost the last by decision. In other words, he is up there with Stipe, Fedor, and Cain.....the fantastic 4 if you include DC at HW. Jones had his number at LHW though...it happens.
