What happens between death & rebirth ?

Why are people thinking there is a reason and meaning for life?
You play the cards you've been dealt.

Those two sentences dont really cancel each other out, just because you have to live the life you got right here in front of you, that doesnt automatically mean there isnt more layers of meaning and connection between everything thats ever existed for the untold billions and billions of years that have already passed

What has this life convinced you that there are more layers to this life?

I believe in a soul but not rebirth. It's too pagan for my liking. Fun to philosophize about it though.

There is no rebirth. You have one shot at this life. And lol at people who believe karma is an actual thing.
Karma in the Buddhist sense is different than what your average non-buddhist believes. And honestly I think there's a lot of merit to the Buddhist definition.

I read above somewhere that "....there is only one shot in life...."; in reality, like Snoopy once said to Charlie Brown: "nope, there are many shots at life every single day, but there is only one death" :):):)

I'd say it's the start of the roller coaster ride. You start your ascension towards the light. But unlike a roller coaster, no drop. Once you reach the light, memory wipe, then rebirth to your next body. Maybe if you're more aware or you get some help, something comes along and releases the safety bar so you can jump out. Or carry memories to your next life? Who knows?

Even science seems to support intelligent design when it comes to everything around us and the structure of support systems in nature and our biology. Molecularly we're talking about grams of weight when it comes to souls. Protons and neutrons are around 1 AMU and electrons even less.

But in short, better to have an open mind about these things than to subscribe to any belief of this is definitely what happens, and maybe those who just believe that we are nothing are rewarded with their own prophecy of eternal nothingness.

The fact that population keeps growing automatically makes me not believe in rebirth/reincarnation. If the concept was real then where were all these souls that are piloting everyone alive today before?

this reality is a trap, akin to the matrix. "Rebirth" is your soul/consciousness being trapped once again in the matrix. When you have the opportunity, DON'T go towards the light.

My personal take from someone who died multiple times and was resuscitated multiple times, I saw no light, I felt no presence, my loved ones weren't waiting for me. I believe you live on, in the carbon that is you being being repurposed.

You get 72 horny slut angels to do with what you please. You have to impregnate all 72 to make more humans in order to be reborn.

The bible is kind of a PG version of what really happened. Adam was the first man and then when he died he had to fuck until he had his 72 human count and then was reborn to one of his children making him the first and 73rd person on the planet. After that the numbers started to grow exponentially.

It's often wondered why Adam decided to come back to earth rather than just staying with the slut angels. The most popular theory is that Adam realized he was gay and wanted to be reborn in the image of the slut angels. Therefore, not only making him the first human to walk the planet but the first homosexual and the first woman.

Little did Adam know if you are a woman you don't get reborn. Making him also the first soul that ceased to exist.
