What happens after a fighter has made weight (food & drink intake)

In Forrest Griffin's first book, he said food made him sick after cutting so he stuck to egg whites and distilled water.

Distilled water? Well that’s another example of bro stupidity.

If you try and live on distilled water you will probably kill yourself. Water has minerals you need.

Distilled water will fuck your system up, especially after a cut.

Gatorade is what you need.

Shit, beer would be better.
 
I was just giving an example of how him weighing 191 doesn't mean his body is completely hydrated up to 191. His body just took in that much mass to make him 191.

He’d have that in his stomach or bladder and both options would have him vomit or piss himself during a fight.

That’s what I thought. Why the hell would you drink distilled water? Bro science at it’s best.

Egg whites sound like a shit idea as well. If I felt sick of even thinking about food the egg whites would be one of the last things I probably would eat. Just get some quality pasta in your belly, pronto.
 
I once went through training that didn't allow for eating for two weeks and had minimal water intake (from creeks and puddles).

Ate a large pizza and drank a 2 liter of coke after it was over. Pissed out straight coca cola the next day.

Edit: when you go without food for that long and burn an abnormally large amount of calories every day, you start puking up green stomach bile.

We always rehydrated slowly.It's bad for your liver to chug huge amounts of fluids especially when you're cutting weight constantly like in wrestling.I like coconut water/powerade but mostly water.

Ain’t getting back to weight on salad with low fat oil. In fact that could kill you.

Exactly that same as a hangover, hydrate and carb up with plenty of salt.
Maybe clean was the wrong choice of word but I never said no carbs. They are not dirty lol. So what would you recommend? A Burger King before the fight ? Something to give you some nice shits during the fight.
