What happened to Jason "Mayhem" Miller!!!?

Lots of drugs and alcohol and plus he has always been very psychotic and paranoid. I remember watching him before he even came to UFC, when he was fighting in Superbrawl and he was so paranoid and crazy even back then, and he was young.

I used to train at Legends MMA in Hollywood with Mayhem, Karo, Rampage etc etc. At that time Mayhem was always super cool. He was just starting Bully Beatdown he was a solid training partner and just good guy. I was broke af and used my only $ to take the bus to Hollywood to train and Mayhem would buy me lunch damn near everyday. He made me feel included even though I was pretty much the only guy on the fight team there that had no name value or money he would still invite me out with everyone and look out for me (always made sure I had food and tickets to everyone’s fights etc). The guy definitely liked to party (but so did damn near every MMA fighter I trained with over the years). His personal demons obviously got the best of him as the years pressed on but I left LA to go train at ATT then Blackzilians so I fell out of contact with him. I would just see the arrests etc online from time to time but I feel bad because I know that deep down Jason is just a good fun loving dude and solid training partner.

Drugs and Mental health issues combined with being punched in the head for a living can severely change a human being. I hope he reaches out for help to any of the services out there that offer treatment for his issues. I will probably reach out and offer help to him considering he used to help me when I was just a kid who had nothing and no direction and now am in a position to offer him some assistance.

Just brutal

Life sucks !

he's in the camp with strickland, paul harris etc where there are obviously mental issues there. some guys have wacky personalities (forrest), some say crazy shit for effect (mcgregor), and then some are legit unwell. mayhem is at the front of that pack.

What didn't happen to Miller might be the better question.

Hey that's great to hear, I actually always felt he was a good guy or at least had a good side to him underneath the act and persona, who knows what his personal demons are. I hope you do reach out to him, life is swings and roundabout so maybe a voice from the past is what he needs to ground him now.

With his current mental state and mood swings that can change in an instant (Bipolar?), i'd guess it's too late.

Don't think he would accept help.

It's doesn't need to be 'help' as such. Just connecting with people from your past when you were more well can be a stabilizing influence.
