seriously ?s question 1: in the squat rack next to mine, this older gentlemen put 405 lbs on the bar and started to do (standing single knee raises... i think that is the name). any idea to the benefit? second question: this dude looked like he was losing balance... at some points. i know what the safety pins are for... but what exactly happens when a 6'0 + person drops 400+ lbs on them, while standing? will i be impaled by flying metal debris? because the racks are A BIT close. should i be worried? thanks in advance.
