I don't think he was EVER all that stable to begin with. Half his image was being a little crazy. I think training, and his career helped him keep it together.
 
He did an interview on HBO with real sports this year.. He stopped in the middle of it to smoke pot,left a few times, sounded crazy, the whole interview is bizzare... If you google it u can probably find it. It was about domestic violance in MMA>

My guess is a combination of ADD, narcissistic personality disorder and drugs. Drugs, even weed, can do funny things to people who already have mental health issues.

Sucks. Guy had a lot of talent.

And that's because this world embraces sin and not the Saviour. Christ brings life and sin brings death. The more & more this world turns away from Christ, the worse it will get. It's just sad people are blind to the truth.

Add to that his career hitting a skid, ridicule from Dana White and the MMA community for a couple of bad performances, and yeah, I could see a meltdown happening.

A similar thing happened to Justin Levens (except the fame), who hit a nasty skid and then ended up killing his wife and himself. I'm sure it wasn't that cut and dry but still.

Always been a fan of Mayhem... So it's real upsetting to see how things turned out. He just hasn't/couldn't handle not winning at the highest level.
