does anyone know what happened to him after the beating junior gave him?

He retired.

Too many injuries, thats a shame he was a fucking beast

Retired to eternal darkness. At least he wasn't a blue belt.

Off crunching numbers and engineering shit at the office. Is normal.

Too bad he started off so late. That is usually how it goes though.

Grew his hair out, bought himself a frock and changed his name to Shirley.

As far as I remember, he was complaining about back injuries.
I could be wrong.

Retired, has another job which pays him good. He got too many injuries in the sport and quit.

In August of 2010, Carwin was implicated for allegedly receiving steroids from J. Michael Bennett of Applied Pharmacy Services as part of a federal investigation. Applied Pharmacy Services has been tied to several other high-profile cases involving major athletes, including the 2008 suspension of former Atlanta Braves closer John Rocker and boxer Evander Holyfield

interesting.

Coached TUF opposite Roy Nelson, pulled out due to a back injury, and effectively retired.

Such a shame we'll never see carwin vs kharitonov
