What does Romeo have to change in order to win rematch

He just needs to get revved up a round earlier than he did in the previous fight.

I can't picture him beating a two legged Whittaker tbh

Charge and attack early.
Go ham round 3

Attack the legs, attack the body. Shoot sparingly.

Edit: And be unpredictable, but that's kind of a given.

Supplement and take plenty of rest time on the stool.

Hes a smart fighter so charging and attacking right off the bat trying to force an opening is most likley not the best thing to do imo.

Dont use energy on take down attempts, wait to they come naturally. Stay close to withaker to get hes beat and gather info. Use a lot of 30% punches, double jabs etc while gathering info so you force reactions and dont give away rounds, and be ready to drop bombs when thers an opening.

Romeo should not have drank the poison. He dieded though. So, there is no re-match.

I think he should continue fighting the way he fights. If he lands something good he'll be champ for a little while. Regardless, he doesn't have much time left. Romero admitted on JRE that he is constantly in pain and that his body is broken. Makes me want to root for him despite his checkered past.

he won the first two rounds and lost the last three rounds last time.

since then, he claims he has learned some things from Jones & Jackson about how to 'control my attacks....learn to pace myself."

so his answer to this question is pretty obvious (and it's not "charge and attack early"); he thinks he can win 3 rounds next time instead of 2, by picking and choosing his attacks better. if you believe his words.

of course, that's not always the surest way to win rounds; eke them out by barely doing more than your opponent, and attacking only several times, playing D more, and hoping your limited - but strong - attacks outpoint your opponent.

maybe a better question is, do sherdoggers agree or disagree with Romero?

Do even more PEDs than he currently is doing and use those tactics like getting water doused on his head and shoulders and not have his corner dry him off, so he can get a little more time between rounds.
