It's called the horizontal muscle-up. I've been doing it in 1 fluid motion (unlike shown in the video) and find it as demanding on the abs as the standing ab wheel. It also works the hip flexors and the legs, so you can control how much each link of the muscle-chain works. I follow through at the end with a crunching motion so the whole exercise is like a giant crunch.
please refer to such things as core exercises doesnt look nearly as core-intensive as standing ab wheel but i cannot now nor will i ever be able to do either
