Social What do you think of plastic surgery?

I'm fine with fake boobs and a little bit of liposuction, but for God's sake leave you face and lips alone. 99% of the broads who do this look ridiculous.

I understand it completely with people that had an accident or disfigurement. Hell maybe fixing a really big flaw (giant nose for example). However I feel like a lot of plastic surgery is Doctors preying on people's insecurities and doing subpar work or excessive work.

Small alterations are fine but it's a slippery slope.

I personality wouldn't do it, but my friends that are girls have done botox and stuff like that. But nothing major.

I'm all for plastic surgeries that fix demormities and procedures where the goal is to make people normal looking again. My wife's friend had a nose job, sadly, I couldn't even tell the difference. To me it's a waste of money and time. But I understand appearance is much more important for women so I am not going to hold it against them for it. But I'd fight my wife tooth and nail if she ever think about it.

If everyone got a boob job (Yes i mean everyone) it would give us world peace. Its a scientific fact.

fillers, Botox, and chirurgical operation used to make you more attractive or improve your appareance/dating life

anyone else had them here and think they’re worth it?

I am not against it to fix hideous features in people that want to live a better life.

But the current trend is out of control. Fake ass fake lips fake tits, I don't like these blow up dolls.

I don't care. People can't do whatever they want with their bodies.

Same with fat people.. eat whatever you want. I'm not forced to fuck you or even be attracted to.

I will say is that I knew pretty women that I find less attractive after doing some things in their faces.

I think that it can be worthwhile if done carefully and in a targeted manner. The problem is when people go too far and end up looking like caricatures or just flat out grotesque like Madonna

I think of it in tiers:

Necessary - People who have had horrific accidents and disfigurements who just want to live a life where people aren't being stared at everywhere they go. I feel for these people.

Futile - I'm talking about the celebrities who are trying to fight Father Time's undefeated ass. I understand, they are in an industry where they are judged on their looks. Or even people who are not in show biz, who are trying to hold on to their "hey day". It sucks seeing your looks go away, I'm sure but I don't get how tf looking like a plastic version of Jack Nicholson's Joker is the solution! Just let it go... a little crow's feet/smile lines is cute in a MILFish way, in my humble opinion.

Insane - Those people who spend hundreds of thousands of dollars trying to look like their favorite celebrity, or that woman and man who try to look like a Barbie or Ken doll (respectively). Or Jocelyn "Lion Lady" Wildenstein! I think these people have a low sanity to money ratio!

Either way....

I support the right of all 3 categories!<RomeroSalute>

If you are consenting and not hurting anyone, do you. You make your money, you spend it however you want... including looking like a complete f*cking fool!

With that said, I have to add a caveat to the last category. I think these people have mental health issues and are being taken advantage of by the medical industry.

Is this a thread where the outcome is supposed to be "wait until they are 18"?

I knew a girl in HS that got a nose job, maybe a chin thing too. Both her and her sister.

They both had big hook nose before and look pretty damn cute after.

I also lived in LA for a few year. Man... go to any Ralph's at 11am on a weekday and you will see some WEIRD looking fucking lizard ladies. You could tell they were hot when they were young and just couldn't let go so they stapled their Cheeks to their scalp and tanned themselves to match a leather catchers mitt.

Moderation is important.
