I think Bisping was fighting scared for some reason, maybe the pressure from the crowd, knowing this is probably your last chance at getting a title shot, fighting your weakness (heavy handed strikers).

He definately didnt perform at his finest.

This makes sense. It looked like Belfort wasn't going to check leg kicks. But Belfort used Michael's "superior footwork" to his own advantage just like Hendo did. Same thing happened to Sandro against Curran. Quick footwork and head movement is great and all, until you lean or move directly into a strike. Then, you're fucked.
