So i train 4 times a week mon,tue,thur,friday. I warm up, i do 3-4 sets of pushups pullups squats ab and lower back exercises while lying on floor( dunno how these are called) i run 5km and then i do cartwheels handstands front flips back flips etc.. I train capoeira so i want to get better at those. My idea is this:street workout, cardio running and capoeira in one workout. Is that too much?
