We know that he is a very good striker. I would say the best in the division, but he didnt fight against good wrestler (maybe Charles Olivera, but in that fight Olivera had injury). Do you think that he will be able to defend takedowns from Mendes or Edgar?

In the past Bermudez and Conor took him down many times, but in those fights he was very young and he started his UFC career.

Idk. Lamas didn’t have any success but he’s not the best wrestler around.

I think Mendes and Frankie get him down easy but honestly idk

Anyone who thinks Conor has no ground game should watch that fight. And keep in mind that he was that dominant even with a blown ACL.

He has come a long way. He would do just fine against Mendes and Edgar.

He keeps distance well, almost machida like, probably not the best tdd if he is static but he is always on the move so he its hard to get in on his hips etc

This. The only person I could see getting his hips is someone very explosive like Mendes. Frankie probably wouldn't find his hips quick enough.

Holloway is not the greatest striker at FW nor is Oliveira a wrestler.

We’ll have to see if it’s good enough for the boy’s at LW. Any updates on Holloway’s condition? He may not be coming back at all.

I would like to see Conor make the cut one more time, smoke Max again and move back up once and for all. Then fight kaboob or whoever.

conor took him down at will and his bjj is lacking

Max is not coming back to FW is my guess. He had no business there to begin with.

Everybody tryna fight a smaller man lol.
