What do you eat before training?

I am a Rawfoodist Vegatarian so
what i nomaly do is eat some Brazil nut Chease spread on a Ezikle Bread with
fresh H20 or i will down some Acai and Bannana
 
I do not eat heavy before practice. I usually just grab a yogurt and down some water. I load up on my protein after training.
 
2 oatmeal packs, about 1.5 hours prior. or soem pasta 1.5 hours prior. or soem fruit 30 min prior
 
an adequate amount of carbs two/three hours before training. pasta, potato, pulses, etc. nothing laden with fat or cheese or excessive red meat.
 
Do any of you change your pre-wo meal/snack when you're looking to lose wieght?
 
Spinach + Chicken salad and an apple.
 
Acai b4 a training session is a god send!!! and also try sweet potato... mmmm tasty and great energy
 
bannana yogurt and a protien shake are all good but have em like 45 before
 
I usually go with fruit. Can't eat anything too heavy if you're gonna be training hard.
