What do you do when you've got sunburned?

Aloe Vera save my life if i fuck up

But tbh as start i got south italian extreme sun-resistent skin, no idea if does miracles even on light light skinned people as you said to be

I'm super fair skinned so I get super red for an evening or even a day. Then I'm tan for a week and super resilient after that.

It's crazy to think how quickly the body adapts to sun exposure.

How orange are you, TS?

It think it's mostly about your skin ability to pass from red to brown, in the latter phase you're building "armor"
Then from there i guess is about know where's your skin limit... i remember when i was really dark i could pass lot of time under the canary islands (essentially Morocco) sun in august without any consequence, my GF could not stay more than half hour without take a pause

Usually when i know i'm going to holydays i will pass 2 or 3 afternoon taking sun to build armor as i hate barrier cream, oils and shit
And more than that i hate get sunburn and pass precious holydays days hiding from the sun like a vampire lol

I live in Atlantic Canada and never get burned - never use sunscreen - out in the sun all the time, have a glorious tan

ive never gotten sun burn. as a kid id spend entire days outside, and as a teen worked all day in the sun on a farm. i just don't burn lol.
