If you can remember it.

I rented Signs yesterday, and I’ve got to say that this movie was nothing special.

I was expecting a cool twist at the end of the film like with The Sixth Sense and The Village, but nope. No twist.

I believe I understood the movie. (The mother’s dying words were the right advice for what Merrill should do to kill the alien. Not a coincidence, a miracle.)

Well, I am surprised that this movie got such good reviews.

Please discuss what you liked/disliked about it.

I like in Scary Movie 3 where Charlie Sheen is talking with the cop about his wife being split in half and he says something like "perhaps I could have some time with the bottom half?"

I love that movie. I don’t give a fuck about the whole water “plot hole.” Everyone is like “why would they come to a planet that is 75% water if they are allergic to water?”

I can think of a bunch of reasons. Maybe other planets are not habitable for them due to a number of other reasons. Maybe they ran out of space gas and were like “fine, we’ll just have to risk it.” Maybe Earth in particular had some shit they need, like fat people or goats.

Signs is dope as hell. Unbreakable and Signs are Shyalmalan’s best films. The tension and atmosphere in both films is fantastic.

I hate Mel Gibson, and don't watch many movies of this genre, but I thought it was generally worthwhile.

Guess I’m the only one here who didn’t like it so far..

Great film. Best film about the rapture ever created.

The twist was awesome, it just didn't let you know there was a twist. They weren't aliens.

I haven't seen it in forever but I remember it as a great movie. It's not about the aliens. Swing away, and the little girl leaving glasses of water everywhere for seemingly no reason. Everything has a reason though. That's what it's about

It was more like "journey over destination" kind of film. Enjoy the exciting unraveling of an otherwise stupid ending.

I guess one could see it as god has a reason for everything he causes to happen. I happen to not be very religious though.

It was great that no one got the twist for a long time. I recently watched it again having read the twist and it's so much better. Even better because till this day there are people who haven't got it. Still a ton of complaints about the plot holes and shittiness.

I haven't seen it in probably a decade but I enjoyed it.
