Crime What did the cops do wrong today. Vol. 2

Has the video been released?

Asking for friend.

Fuckin R. Lee Ermey's character from Texas chainsaw massacre. Charge this asshole.

What a low down, dirty piece of shit that Cop is.

Thank God for body cams.

Word from a friend is the guy tried to explain this as him trying to see how cold and rigid the body was compared to the time of death. Only reason he touched her breasts was for science.

The good thing to take away from all of this is an independent inspector reviews all shift footage even if nothing has been reported. Its how this guy got caught.

The rumor started circulating a couple weeks ago internally, no idea on when it actually happened.

Religion of ScienceTM strikes again

Not saying the cops did anything wrong here. Just wanted to post.

This cop, however, seems a little out of control

This is messed up, just cause he didn't put his arms out like an airplane. The guy probably has a low IQ and his heart is pounded so he doesn't really understand. But he was clearly showing submission, the Officer stomps on his head hard and you can see the suspect go limp for a bit then start slurring. it was revealed the suspect had serious brain injury and was vomiting while in jail.

Afterward, an unidentified police officer spoke to Schmidt about what happened during the arrest and he admitted to the kick.

"He was just like smiling, giving a smirk and bam! I f----- kick him in his head," Schmidt is heard saying on his body-camera video.

When Mendoza was taken to jail, he vomited and complained about the head injury. Merin said his client was eventually taken to the hospital where a CT scan revealed he had a serious brain injury that gave him a "50/50 chance" of survival.

"First they tried to say something happened in the jail," Merin told ABC News. "Then they concluded they were liable. ... He's doing much better now."
