Not being able to do pro wrestling or other combat sports. That's flagrantly not legal. Imagine if you're employer tried to ban you wholesale from doing improv. A court would laugh at that contract.

It's pretty common to have an employment contract that forbids you from working for a competitor. Pro wrestling might be a stretch, but other combat sports orgs are certainly competitors. It's also common to have contract stipulations, as a professional athlete, that forbid you from activities where you could get hurt (and therefore monetarily damage your employer). Pro wrestling would qualify.

As with anything legal, it's open to some interpretation. But if it was so obvious it'd be laughed out of court you'd have some of these fighters challenging it, no?
