I don't understand what Alexander Hernandez was attempting. He nods to touch gloves, runs out at the bell to touch gloves and throws a push kick to Dariush's stomach. It wasn't going to be a KO strike, it wasn't going to rock or hurt Dariush.


So what's the point of doing a cheap shot but using a cheap shot that isn't going to even really hurt your opponent?


It's like doing a cheap shot and throwing a calf kick. I can see if he did a cheap shot and threw a hard right hand that he thought was going to KO his opponent. But he just did a cheap shot that wasn't going to hurt his opponent and only made him look like an asshole.
