"Well-regulated" is within the purview of the 2nd Amendment, even if you conveniently ignore the "Militia" part to ascribe the intention to personal gun ownership. Stop and frisk is counterintuitive to the 4th Amendment by any rational interpretation of it.

Sweden isn't socialist country. You are allowed to have as much factories, cars, ships and villas as you might afford to purchase. You also are allowed to speculate day and night for profit with stocks, future deals, bonds and in forex market.

Ahh the "Librul Cities" argument.

First things first you named two cities in the most populated Counties in the Country. More people meaning more homicides checks out. Second of all New Orleans, Memphis, and St. Louis have higher rates than the other two you named. Not to mention that the most dangerous States in the U.S. with the highest per capita crime rates are Republican run States.

I know I know, something something black people. Because more guns only means more safety when we're talking about white people. And the "criminals will always crime" argument ceases to be relevant when we talk about white gun ownership because somehow that will prevent all the crime.

There is reality that in U.S are more guns than citizens and criminals never will gave up weapons. I mean real criminals.
Gun isn't safety warrant if escalation in moment will happen when opponent will be in close distsnce...
I mean legal reasons when you will have rights to use firearm.
CCTV cameras, everyone with phones etc reality.
I more often don't have than have handgun.
