What are your unpopular TV show/movie opinions?

Literally, the story is the good guys winning at the end of a finale. That’s how it works. It is no different if the bad guy wins the fight in the middle of a movie and loses in the end or the bad guy wins in the first movie and then loses in the second. Some movies will do it in one movie and some will stretch out to two movies and people will still go and watch it.

There is literally nothing compelling about these movies.

I don’t care for horror movies. They are redundant and make no sense to me.

War movies,. I’m pursuing my masters in history, so, war flicks are pretty crappy unless some well regarded historian has his or her fingerprints on it. If it is counterfactually history, I don’t mind since it is a hypothetical.

I enjoy movies where I cannot predict what Is going to happen. If I want to watch a predictable flick, I can always tune into some James Bond movie.
Shit man, pretty much every popular movie is going to be unwatchable tripe for you then. I can respect that.

If we remove fucking aliens i kinda enjoyed Indiana Jones 4, Shia Labeouf has been a good casting too

Hannibal tv series was underrated as fuck

Dexter later seasons were bad, but less bad than people made it seem

Breaking Bad was overrated

Tim Burton lost his touch, but Dumbo was surprising good

GoT athmosphere has been ruined far before last season, as soon they realized they could have success beyond the initial audience target, they crapped on everything to get nods

I hate Nolan's vision of Batman universe, with exception of Batman itself (the character) in B Begin. Yes, this include Ledger's Joker (i still consider HL a GREAT actor and that a great performance)

I don't care how much nostalgia we can attach to it, Street Fighter movie was crap. In theyr defence later movies sucked too and next will also suck

Not quite. I enjoy the element of surprise. Plus, I’ve always enjoyed documentaries more than anything else.

Superman 2 should have been the last Superhero movie made,....the "recent" Influx of DC & Marvel stuff is embarrassing, grow the fuck up and go and try and get a chick to left you take her tits out to squeeze, kiss and suck them........virgin hipsters,<{hughesimpress}>

Harrison Ford can't act worth a shit other than slightly surprised/bemused/angry which is all the same face.
I was the only one in the cinema that cheered when Han Solo died in TFW
Harrison Ford doesn't die enough in movies

Movies usually last 2hrs, but who wants to suck titties for 2hrs? that is fantasy shit that virgins dream up.

it takes them 1hr 50mins to pluck of the courage to go for it after she's given them the green light.

Terminator 2 is the greatest action movie of all time.
Terminator 1 is the greatest love story of all time.

From the very very little that i have seen from game of thrones, the show looks lame as fuck. Lord of the rings type shit.

South park looks like a show for dudes that weren't able put high school humor to rest.

I was being hyperbolic. I would be a retard as some of them I do enjoy but as a whole the mcu is overrated.

Yes the entire franchise being the BEST OF ALL TIME is stupid, I haven't watched all of 3416 MCU films but I did enjoyed Infinity War.

Some of the more highly rated ones I watched, just because all my friends rave about them. Like Thor Ragnarok and GotG, I found them to be above average. Maybe I'm the type of person that don't like one liner jokes thrown in 100 times within the 120mins+.

I don't feel anything for superheroes films I guess but a good Rated R one sometimes sparks my interest. Logan and Watchmen are particularly good ones imo.

But I’ll be honest with you, there have been some quality movies in the comic book world.

The Crow
V for Vendetta
Watchmen

These movies had some depth.

Oh.. V for Vendetta is a good film indeed. I didn't know it was a superhero film though.

As a horror movie fiend (and I'd get murdered for this at the gatherings where people dress up) I struggle to enjoy anything past Nightmare On Elm Street 1.
3 is so boring, I also think they are the least scary movies in the horror universe

Same man, I'm a horror buff too but Nightmare on Elm Street doesn't do it for me. Actually very few slasher horror films does it for me.

I'm more of a supernatural possession, psychological horror type of guy. Even having said the latter, I don't particularly understand the hype for The Shining as well. I watched it three times over spans of years to try to get what I missed. It's a decent film, but not a masterpiece imo.

I do love slasher movies but there is little scary about them
Demonic possession or unseen threats are what get me

I do love the Shining but I don't consider it horror, its a wonderful movie though. I love to get high and watch it
