I'd start with his debut (self-titled), it's great from start to finish. There are parts of his career that I haven't listened to as much but overall most of it is solid. The next few albums after his debut are great and "Storm Windows", "The Missing Years" etc are really good as well. He also has an album of covers with various artists "For Better or Worse" from 2016 that you might like.
