What are the best 3 Action TV Series?

What is everyone's favourite 3 TV series of the action genre? I have tried to include the most popular ones I could think of, so apologies if I have missed any obvious ones off (there is an 'other' box).

Mad Men? Why is Mad Men up there? I would go with shows like Person of Interest or Human Target.

I would say if it doesn't have a gunfight or a fight scene every episode you can't call it an "action" series. A lot of the listed choices are suspense/thriller IMO.

My choices would all be under "Other" Terminator: TSCC, BTVS/Angel, lately Daredevil

If you want to do this right... then you need a 128 show tournament, with brackets and seeding and one on one battles.

It's the only way to be sure
