Anthony Hopkins explained in an interview that this is how Hollywood was built. He said something like “If you want to see Bruce Willis as John McLean fighting in a building, you’ll want to see him as John McLean fighting in space too.”
The answer is Denzel. Angry brotha with a chip on his shoulder.
Was going to say Danny Trejo, but TS has that covered.
Saw dude on an old episode of Operacion Repo the other day (Mexican version of the show before it went english).
I'm power driving through 300 episodes of this mexican version, admittedly because I'm in love with Vanessa Gomez's body and in particular her breasts.
Tommy Lee Jones is great but it feels like 90% of his roles for the last 25 years have just been some form of Deputy Gerard
Yeah, it’s not bad. Related to the quote about Hollywood giving you John McClane in 20 different situations. When I first watched Natural Born Killers I knew that he was in it and the whole time I was sitting there waiting for him to show up like “Gerard is coming for you motherfuckers soon!”. Then he shows up in the third act and he’s a total buffoon and I was disappointed <Lmaoo>Jones was really good as Ty Cobb, that was a different role for him.
Seth rogan
I was gonna add him and the whole early 2010s nerd crew (Jonah Hill, Michael Serra, Christopher Mintz-Plasse) but the list was long enough.
His best role ever was Jaws 4 The Revenge. Quality acting right here.I don't think so, but I'm not sure. He seems like he plays the well mannered British guy all through his career.
