I’ve had a stick burner for years and years, but purchased a pellet grill earlier this year and have never turned back

Im actually about to throw away my wood-burning off-set to clear some room on the patio

Really like the versatility of the pellet with both low and high heats. Plus I don’t have to baby-sit a fire all damn day long

Im pretty new to the Scotch whiskeys but been buying anything good I see at Costco cause its a rotating stock

Thanks, man! Some of my first runs of strains are shite and wind up as hash, but I've had some good luck with Kind Seed Co. That said I'm happy as fuck with the White Rhino. Smells like skunky Christmas up in here and I haven't been feeling any pain for the last few weeks. Slept like 12 hours straight the other day and woke up feeling amazing.

Sauce on the buns is a sharp cheddar and beer reduction to honor the cheese whiz history. Prime rib roast thinly sliced and ready to go in some bacon fat from BLTs I made at lunch.

Provolone sauce in the pot, blended with sauteed onions, green peppers, mushrooms. Should be pretty fucking tasty!

I love my pellet smoker. I got it about 10 years ago and it's become a crucial component in my cooking. I even bake bread and pies in it.
