Damn. I thought Werdum was going to win too. But then he ate food.

Bet the fucking house on Stipe

I remember watching UFC embedded for Stipe's last fight. They showed him eating food. And it was shit food, nothing healthy. So not like Stipe probably not eating out at Brazilian restaurants either.

But did it have salt? That's how we will truly know if he's underestimating the Heavyweight champion of the world.

What, meat and veggies and carbs In a division where weight cutting is almost nonexistent....hell burn off that meal in training in less than 2 hours

What's wrong with fat and salt? He's a HW

I know it might be hard to believe but dehydrated and 5% bodyfat is not a recipe for optimal athletic performance.

So eating BBQ on fight week is underestimating your opponent? I hearby strip you of your yellow belt and God have mercy on your soul.

Only on Sherdog. SMH

Which one heavyweight fighter keeps diet? Maybe only Hunt to cut down to 265 :D

Technically, all we know is that he appeared on camera with food. Is that enough?

it's not like he's drinking pop and eating Twinkies

Stipe will beat him regardless, Bisping punches harder than Werdum.

He didnt need punching power to dominate his last 6 fights and win the title. He didnt need punching power to finish arguably the 3 best HWs of all time. Youre a Jones hugger correct? Then you should definitely know punching power doesnt equal success.

Jones has wrestling to get it to the mat, Werdum doesn't have the wrestling to get it to the mat and his sloppy muay thai will look foolish against Stipes crisp boxing.
