Weirdest UFC Tenure?

In recent memory, Tony Ferguson going 12-0 before Covid and now being 0-8 since Covid is weird

Yeah Nicco sucked

Will Brooks deserves a mention. I think he was a bellator champ. Wins over Michael Chandler and some other big names. Came to ufc and went 1-3 in UFC and got cut. I even saw him get choked out by a very angry Cowboy Oliveira at my last live event

Jesse Taylor

Made it to the TUF 7 finale but kicked off the show for acting a fool. Comes back roughly 9 years later goes back on TUF gets to the finale and wins and finally becomes The Ultimate Fighter only to fail a drug test get suspended for a full year the subsequently cut from the UFC.
He had a fight against C.B Dollaway at fight night Silva vs Irvin in 2008 losing my Peruvian necktie (only one I can remember).

I didn't like him but I legit felt bad for him on that shit even though it's 100% his fault,he was killing himself to make ww, he was trying so hard but he was just the big red train that motherfucking couldn't.

Taylor actually did get a fight in the ufc if I remember correctly. He lost to cb dolloway and then got cut.
If I would have read one more post I wouldnt have needed mine lol. He lost by Peruvian necktie and it's the only one I remember seeing.

I saw Taylor fight live at a regional show years ago before his second tuf run, he’s hilarious in person and was wilding out at the after party lol

I remember I saw Sean salmon if you remember that guy and if not Google the turd but he was a Geneva on the lake at the cove and my friend had fight and I was in my friends "entourage" if you will but Sean walks by and I'm like hey Sean salmon and he was like me too...... I saw him having a few beers after the event and we made eye contact and he smiled like he knew he was a dick lol that's about it.

My friend Paul "straight outta" Compton. unfortunately he's dead, died February 15 2015 a month shy of his 30ths birthday. We always joked neither would see 30.... Sucks to be right. Paul was hit by an incoming driver on a road known for a shoot spot and that's where it happened.

Sorry for rambling but I just miss my friend and it's shit like this you never get over.

He broke one hand for sure, I can’t remember if it was both but I wouldn’t be surprised. Completey one sided 50-43 whooping, I watched that live on PPV and I swear I remember paying only like 24.99 at the time lol.
I remember Dana saying they'd never rais their prices too......

The good news is they can't just keep raising them forever.
Or can they?!?
I'm honestly surprised ppv is the more profitable way to go and not putting it on primetime for the advertisement revenues.

Mike Jackson: loses debut against Mickey Gall. They both then go on to fight CM Punk.
Makes a mockery out of CM Punk.
Dana blasts Mike Jackson and says he'll never fight for the UFC again.
Is gone for 5 years, but returns to the UFC 2022 and gets DQ:d for eye gouging and a loss.
