When this all started the board of directors fired Harvey but now the contract is showing that as long as Harvey pays a fine, they can't fire him. The contract says that if Harvey is sued or has sexual misconduct he has to pay $250,000 for first offense, $500,000 for second offense, $750,000 for third offense, and $1,000,000 for fourth offense and every offense thereafter, but they can't fire him for it.
