does anyonehave any good weight training regimes or programs they use in combination with their kickboxing.. i do muay thai/kickboxing and like doing weights but i want to try something different and try a new program that wont add on too much bulk but increase power and strength....
no i just dont want to put on masses of weight from it.... ..just thought anyone might have some hints or ideas that they use
