LOL I'm not into bum fights but....This fight needed to happen 2 years ago. But it still needs to happen.
If you say you wouldn't watch it now you are full of shit

Ya, and that’s pretty much all he will be remembered for, being in the right place at the right moment, then getting a hard reality check once he faced other lions at the top of their game.
All Andy has to do is touch his chin once. Chris’ chin is shot. Anderson is washed too but he’s not getting starched every fight. I say book it. Maybe Silva will feel good about retiring after sleeping the Chris.
Didn’t work out like that for Chuck vs Tito 3Weidman would probably have his confidence back against a guy he’s 2-0 against.
He did, but how long can one be invincible?Nah more like the guy who dethroned the seemingly invincible Anderson Silva as a massive underdog
Or by your logic is Anderson just known as that guy who was only good because he used PEDs? Cant have your cake and eat it too bud

thats some challengeAnderson hasn't KO'd a fighter in almost 8 years
It's irrelevant in the title picture, but they're still active fighters on the UFC roster, so it's as relevant as any other fight that doesn't have title implications. Except it's more relevant because of their history, and Anderson being a GOAT and all. That's irrelevant.
When two guys are past their primes, I couldn't care less who would win.
I don't understand why anyone cares about those fights.
Kinda true, but Cro Cop did close out his career on a 10 fight win streak, mostly finishes, and Anderson just did a lot better against the current MW champ, than Robert Whittaker did, so I definitely wouldn't put it past him to beat a washed up hype job like Weidman.Anderson can't ever win again for one simple reason.
Off the top of your head, try to think of the last 3 times in his last fights where you see him throw a combination together.
You can't. Because with age, you no longer have that same "body mind connection" and you don't pull the trigger. You know how we watch our beloved aging fighters (Rashad, Crocop, etc), and essentially scream at the TV, "dude, fucking DO SOMETHING!!!! WTF are you doing just standing there?????"
It's not that they don't want to do something, they can't pull the trigger because by the time they acknowledge that microsecond of time in which maybe they should thrown a check left hook, etc, that moment has passed. They're constantly "behind time." That's why aging fighters look like they are just standing there, paralyzed.
That’s a surprising stat.Anderson hasn't KO'd a fighter in almost 8 years
With follow up punches that missed their mark as the ref pulls him off?

You can almost say the same about Andy and his 1-7 run. And btw, “toying” with someone and losing kinda voids the “toying”.Thats pre USADA Weidman. Silva was toying with him. Weidman isnt even in the same league as Anderson Silva. He is not even Bellator level today.
weidman ko's him a third timeIts not going to happen but I say Anderson KTFO out Weideman in short order.
CTE is real, my boy needs to retire.
