I've been inclined to think like that... but his physique hasn't drastically changed... so I believe not! However I believed what absolutely did him in... just like Aldo & Conor at FW... is the needle ban! Guys who had their shit together & their diet on deck virtually never really worked to cut weight, or could cut an extreme amount of weight like Conor at FW. I can't really remember where I read this... but apparently a boxer who goes down a division for a fight (like Chad Dawson did VS Andre Ward) simply cannot go back up or else... since his chin will be shot! Didn't think of anything when I read that about Dawson... but it seems weight cutting somehow plays a role with chin durability! Can't explain it... but I believe it! Dawson literally went from an elite fighter to a Bum by going down 2 divisons!
