Wedding ring on/off while training?

I take mine off. I just slip it on my key chain. I take mine for things like swimming, lifting, or climbing, so I'm pretty used to it.

Grappling is the perfect cover for an affair, take your wedding ring off, get scratches and various marks, taking showers, etc.

lol, yea it is. I was just thinking this last night after i came home with some mean hickey looking gi bruising on my neck from drilling cross chokes.

I showed my girl when i got home during dinner and she gave me this look like "Boy, lemme find out" .
