What is up with all the personal attacks??I think you have too little going on in your life to care about this.
Also all hospitals are not private.. which means they dont bring in a ton of cash.
Most time I seen nurses in uniforms are during the lunch hours (they need food too) and going from and to work...
Should they have to change clothes to go out to lunch?
My local GP dont have a changing room so the staff come into work in scrubs,
What is up with all the personal attacks??
I observe absurd and stupid shit all the time. ALL THE TIME
I sit in management meetings at work and get so bored with people repeating things and the conversations my mind beings to wander and make ridiculous associations all the time. Case in point, 3 weeks ago we were talking about modifying a piece of equipment to be able to use x rays to scan boxes for metal objects and the associated expense and I said "why do that when you can just hire Superman"
it was so absurd and unexpected everyone in the room laughed.
It's a sad state of affairs when sherdoggers posting in the forum dedicated to light hearted humor have less of a sense of humor than my goddamn co workers.
I wear my work scrubs every single day when I walk my dog in the morning and evening and also when I just go run errands around town
Theyre comfy and quick and easy to slip on and get going out the door
Dont like it, too fucking bad
That's the only time I wear scrubs outI’m sure its not because most people, at some point during the week, stop to pick something up before or after work. Or go to work before or after the gym…
Some of you find the dumbest shit to complain about. Like you’ve never lived an adult life and still live in your moms basement.
I'm allowed to wear my own scrubs unless I have to work in a sterile environment at the hospital. I wear my own scrubs to and from work. Sometimes I stop at the store, or hit the gym on the way to work. I usually have scrubs on at this point to save time.I think you have too little going on in your life to care about this.

This. I don't wear my scrubs in public much bit if you take an issues with me stopping at a gas station, or grocery store on my way to or from work while I am wearing my scrubs you can fuck right off.I’m sure its not because most people, at some point during the week, stop to pick something up before or after work. Or go to work before or after the gym…

It really is“The only time I can remember having to change clothes was when I worked In Neuro ICU or in the OR. All other areas you get to wear your scrubs outside the hospital. Part of the problem is that hospitals don't provide areas for staff to change

Do doctors and nurses change into medical scrubs at hospitals?
There is a misconception that hospitals provide medical scrubs to medical professionals.dressamed.com
Could it be that simple?
How do you get from work to home and vice versa? I’ve been doing scrubs for decades now.Actually we do, even outside of the operation setting. Emergency rooms, inpatient wards, ICUs, everywhere in the hospital. It's not smart to use your clothes and your coat where you are subject to being splattered with blood, pus and other fluids.
That being said, using scrubs outside the hospital is dumb and unsanitary.
Stolen valor bro.I’m not a nurse and I wear them out bc they are comfy. Like pajamas.
I think it is for nurse assistants to try to create the illusion they're nurses.
There was this guy at the strip joint who wore scrubs but he was a real estate agent. Maybe he was brain surgeon and real estate agent, but what are the chances you'd do both if you're a doc?
