We Need a Jiri/Reyes Rematch

Should Ulberg have to fight again? Probably not. Will hill he have to fight again? Most definitely. After the Jan fight no one is clamoring for him to get a TS. Probably in the UFC's best interest to match up Ulberg and Reyes. If Reyes wins everyone loves a good comeback story. If Ulberg wins he probably gets a big finish against a streaking dude. Win/Win for the UFC imo
 
They’re honestly 2 guys that always have very good fights, and don’t mind getting KOed to get a KO…

They could fight 100 times and I’m sure each fight would be a banger.

I've been saying the same thing. It's a good title eliminator. Built in story to it as well given doms resurgence, Jiri starting to adopt things like more head movement to stay safer, and them having fought once before to a brutal ending. Very high chance of major heat getting thrown on the feet again.

You're going to give potentially Hill a title shot over him? How would that make any sense?

The winner of Hill and Rountree will be on an amazing 1-fight winning streak. In Hill's case after getting knocked out twice.

Let's calm down trying to shove them right back into the title picture.

Well... I guess they can make Jiri vs Rountree for the number 1 spot. I don't think Kamala hill has nothing to offer to Khalil tbh.

I'm not opposed to guys like Jiri or Khalil getting a TS since I think Ankalaev is winning again vs Pereira and those are fresh matchups. Better question would be what the hell UFC does with Alex if he goes 0-2 vs Ank.

Reyes can fight.. IDK... maybe Ulberg? That shound like a lot of fun.
 
Jiri should fight Ulberg for the next title shot. While Reyes can fight someone new, or Jan rematch would be a good fight for both.

Lol he already lost 2 title fights to the same guy by KO. The hell you think he gets unlimited TS without building up again. Reyes deserves a rematch before Jiri deserves another TS

Injured in both fights and both fights short notice in worst match up. - Jiri destroyed everyone else than Pereira. Not by decision, but by highlight finish. - Majority of them top 5. Who Reyes have wins vs recently? Smith, Jacoby and Krylov...Krylov which ducked Jiri straight after Jiri knocked out Oezdemir. Not every win counts same...and same applies for Ulberg.

There are only two options which will happen and i will even bet if u want - 1. Option Ankalaev vs Pereira 2 and Jiri vs Ulberg for next TS... or Ankalaev vs Jiri. Then there is some 00000.1% chance for some superfight....nothing else.

Also Jiri wants to fight Pereira for 3rd time but Poatan understandably dont like that idea since he already won twice...
 
Should be dom vs ulberg - only top 10 guys with 3 wins in a row that I can think of

Ulberg didn’t earn a shot with that fight against Jan - so make him beat dom to get it

Jiri can have a fun fight with just about anyone in the meantime

Well for one thing I think the first fight with Alex was not on the same level of devastating KO people remember(if that figth had ended like the 2nd fight not sure Jiri would have gotten another shot) but also Jiri was not getting a shot ahead of another fighter who'd KOed him, his fighting Alex was trying to avenge a KO loss not avoiding it.

Ulbert laid an egg vs. Jan. Absolute stinker of a fight. He 100% needs another win, and I say it should be Reyes.
 
Prochazka vs Ulberg is the fight to make, Reyes doesn't need to fight that high up the rankings yet.
