If you're talking just beer money there are many ways, but if you're talking real money, then it gets more difficult and usually require some type of talent, skill and or passion. My close friends sell on ebay/amazon. They basically buy everything from China and are resellers. They even brand their own items. Mostly cosmetic items. They branded their own eye lashes. My friend's wife (who is also a distant cousin) collaborates with instagram models, etc to help sell their product. Lately business have been rough though, they are trying new things.
For beer money I sell stock photography, which is passive income and takes 0% of my time. I use to bring in couple thousand a year, even over $5k two years in a row, but lately it's been slow. I think in 2018 I only made $1400. So far this year I've only made like $200. I could probably add over 1000 more photos up, but I'm too lazy and it probably won't make a huge difference.
My wife got in on some group where you basically get items, provide a review, get fully refunded (so free items) and also get paid a little money ($5-15). Sometimes she just gets items for free. We have so much random crap and she can do reviews in like 5 minutes. Some of the better items was a dash cam, indoor camera, outdoor 50 ft multicolor wifi string lights, bluetooth alarmclock/radio with a spy camera which I use in my garage gym to play music and to use if I ever second guess if I closed my garage door or not. Wireless ear buds, decent bluetooth speakers, all these toys as well. We usually just give stuff we don't use away to friends and sometimes she sells them real quick on offer up or facebook marketplace. Barely beer money, but I think she does it because she actually enjoys it for some reason...
