I'm not. It's just kind of funny because recently, there have been huge PED discussions and "Who do you think did NOT use PEDs" (which is basically a reverse accusation thread) which seemed to be fine for a long time. I guess the discussion now cannot be avoided any more, so the lines are becoming blurred.
Takeaway for me: 'Roidereem' would not be auto-dubs due to roid allegation as he in fact roided, but bad-mood mod could still still unleash teh wrath.
You've got the right final message. How you achieved it is a bit off. But that's ok, it's the end result that matters.
There's no rule against believing a fighter is clean and stating as such.
And yes, Overeem was caught with drugs. To state that is fine. And in passing, saying 'roidereem' would not raise concern. But as lethal said, going that route often tends to get threads shut down due to the responses and follow up to those type of remarks, especially if there's no other reason for a post other than the desire to type "roidereem".
To avoid a thread being shut down on this topic, speak more on point towards it, and shy away from the side bars like clever nicknames. It tends to derail.
In terms of fighter bashing, it is more with how you present things, how often, etc. Being correct on something doesnt omit fighter bashing altogether.
As stated, discuss all you wish. But if you're looking to find ways to slip in some name calling and/or use it as a platform, there may be repercussions. It's nothing to do with mod moods, although my kids WERE up early today.
You asked about the rules and interpretations, and I'm trying to be matter of fact with them for you, advising it's best to not walk a line, especially on a topic that lends itself.
Have some fun in here my friend. Don't be angry with my replies. Just trying to provide an honest response for you.
