Was Your Thread Deleted, Moved or Merged? Ask about it here - Vol 4

Well another thread I've started got deleted. Why? Germany locking down unvaccinated people isn't thread worth? https://forums.sherdog.com/threads/...businesses-in-germany.4216368/#post-166799220
I used a very neutral source, the thread already had several pages of civil discussion, seriously I can't see a reason to delete it summarily.
By my understanding, there's a very distinct megathread about lockdowns, vaccines and the protests thereof. The topics in which you are posting appear to be the kind that could come up in that megathread, and do not need their own separate threads.

Asshole wizard thread about giving you a new penis was moved to the great beyond and I don't understand what rule was broken. Asshole wizard threads are a Mayberry tradition.

Also, how do you get to the great beyond? The sticky from dmf says it's a real subforum. But how is it expected to get posts like a real sub forum when it's not listed on the main menu?

The Great Beyond is not accessible via the forum list nor is it meant to be. Threads that generally don't belong in the General Discussion subs end up there, this can include conspiracy threads, religious threads, joke/nonsense threads and the like. The Great Beyond itself is also not accessible via google search indexing which is why such threads end up there in the first place, which is a decision that comes straight from the parent company. Threads that contain sexual graphic posting in nature, including text decisiptions also get deleted. You posted specific length, girth, duration, rest time which you can understand is not something that belongs on the forum or what the parent company wants someone to come across while they browse the Mayberry, including advertisers lol.

As far as how to get there, I just have it bookmarked.

You’re telling me that after 10+ infractions you still don’t understand what qualifies as “trolling” or “fighter bashing”?

You should take some time to read the rules again.
No I have no fucken idea, because threads like this are alive and well in the UFC forum,

https://forums.sherdog.com/posts/167008440/

here it is word for word;

“I mean fuck that guy. He isn't the draw he used to be, and Dana can totally take the high road and cut this scumbag. It would drum up good PR and put other fighters in check too. At this point any revenue from him doesn't outweigh the shit stain Jones is leaving and serving as an example of what you can get away with. Can't say as much about Conor but Conor also didn’t beat down his wife.”

And this is just one example of many, and I don’t give a shit if it stays up, I’m not a little bitch that goes and reports people if I don’t like what they said, but apparently calling a fighter “scumbag” and “shitstain” in a hate filled rant is perfectly acceptable, but light hearted humor like “tittysanya” gets your thread moved in 3 seconds?

So ya, explain to me what constitutes fighter bashing again? Is it only fighter bashing when it’s about a fighter you like or what?

Other posts being against the rules don’t make yours acceptable. If you have any issue with their posts, report them, they will be reviewed. But that doesn’t change the fact that your thread was awful and completely against the rules.

I signed up to this forum so I could ask for boxing camp recommendations in South America, I'd like to take a fitness vacation. But I can't create ANY threads on any forum, from what I can see you need to have made 250 posts first. I'm not that talkative lol.

If I write my post here, would a mod be kind enough to create the thread on my behalf?

https://forums.sherdog.com/threads/tips-for-new-fighters-starting-out.1277263/ Post your question in this thread, someone may be able to give you some advice.

Thanks, unfortunately it's a nearly dead thread, and my question is niche to begin with.

Can you recommend another boxing site where I could ask something like this to a larger audience without breaking the rules? Not reddit, doesn't work.

Because your goal is fitness and not fighting, hop over to our Strength & Conditioning (S&C) sub here or then publish your question directly in this thread, for example. A thread being 'dead' is relative to its last-dated activity; you posting your question responsibly will effectively bring a thread back onto our readership's radar for suggestions and discussion.

Bear in mind that your ask is rather specific and not general, so it may take some time for someone in the know to be able to respond. In the interim, we've a few S&C dawgs who are knowledgeable on daily as well as pre-, post-training nutrition, which is another means to help you achieve your immediate goal(s) – just some food for thought. Feel free also to view fellow Community members' training logs in helping them stay on track here – we've no shortage of you 2.0 motivation on the board.

Why was my Leon Edwards thread moved?

I believe he's next in line for a title shot

That's 10 fights in a row.

From what it looks like, your thread was not about him getting a title shot next, but rather a query about how close Leon Edwards is to becoming the greatest welterweight of all time. C'mon, man.

Hi moderators. Why I can not post in War room?

Posting in the War Room is only available after posters have received their Blue Belt (500 posts). It's a new rule implemented in 2020
