Was Shane Carwin the most ripped heavyweight?

Roy Nelson always stayed under 80 percent bodyfat if I recall correctly

I'd say Overeem, huge, incredible physique.

But man there has been a few big ripped HW's along the way...Carwin, Kerr, Randleman, Kongo, Lesnar...I guess it just depends on what your version of "ripped" is.

How does he even maintain that pose in the last picture? I understand core strength and all that, but I'd assume his plant hand would have to be below his face or else he'd just tip over.

To be fair i don't think he maintained it.. but i don't know.. my one handed hand stand whilst being a hw jacked as fuck guy is a little rusty..

The guy is a beast though.. flying, spinning, jumping shit with a lot of power and accuracy.. kick boxing champ, mma champ etc.. tae kwon do champ?

Not a bad fighter honestly.. just looks like a parody..

Not at all. He got kinda got fat and shrank towards the end of his career. He got caught up in some steroid probe with the government.

He ended his career at 36 and he must be the only one Brock Lesnar who was that big and ripped. Francis was more a lanky fighter.

At 285 lbs and 6'1" during his WEC days, he was more "ripped" than when he fought in the UFC:

There have been plenty of other heavyweights though who were far more "ripped" than Carwin (Ubereem, for example).
