So, I don't follow primaries a ton for the national stuff but the caucus system the Dems use is a winner take all sorta thing right?
 
I’m leaning toward Bernie right now. I have a college degree, earn a good wage, and I don’t think I could be described as a “Bernie Bro.” I’m not a fanatic but I like him the best of the leading candidates. This will be my first time voting Democrat in a presidential election.

My wife is backing Warren in the same sense (edit: except she’s always been a Democrat). She is more educated than I am, admittedly. So this follows the national trends I think.

Somehow there’s been no name calling or animosity over this lol. I think most people who aren’t fans of Trump will happily vote for any opposition to him at this point. And online shit stirrers will stir shit.

No, trotsky. Not you. You're always one of the more level headed and pragmatic posters on the left (at least with domestic elections issues)

I would say there is more than 3, just lesser known posters who are popping up more in these past few weeks. I would agree that the inside lane / magic Ball analogy is apt. Alot of angst without alot of analysis
 
And btw I do think that Warren can be made out to be dishonest and she has some track record of being deceptive at least. Which I don’t like.

But compared to Trump?

It’s like the difference between shooting a bullet and throwing it. There’s a 1,222x deception velocity difference between the two.

Sure but you have to remember that with Trump there's a massive double standard. Obviously his base is naturally going to be more forgiving of him but its true in general because Trump has lied so much and so often about everything, from petty things to quite serious ones, that the standard for him has just plummeted.

He was +125 a month ago. Dems slipped a little with the impeachment process and he jumped, now shit’s rolling out and making me think Nancy knows her business as usual. I honestly think following odds this early is futile. Especially with this fuckin guy.
