Anyone seen the Goldfinch movie yet? Reviews have been pretty shitty so far, and I was skeptical that a movie based on a nearly 800-page book would be any good, but the book was so good that I'm kind of interested in seeing it anyway.

I'm not the type to question fashion choices, wear what you want and just don't expect me to like it, but there are exceptions to every rule. I mean, white sport socks with black shoes (especially loafers) always struck me as kinda silly, but like the man bun, socks with sandals is just plain stupid looking, IMO.

I didn't get the hype behind No Country tbh. I mean, I love the author who wrote the book. Maybe I need to read that. I thought the film was average.

Interesting. I found it remarkably intricate and intense. Definitely one of my favorite films of all time.
