The lesson you should have learned from that is that in fact, very few people are willing to go along with something so sleazy, and the media checks stuff out before running with it. It was because Wohl was a true believer in the kind of hyperpartisan nonsense that people like you and Inga spread that he flopped. Even if someone is dishonorable enough to attempt such a thing, what are the odds that someone who tries to would find someone else willing to go along with it (and find someone else before they ask someone who is more honorable, who then reports them)?

Yes I want to go on a vacation to a ghost town in Montana. Like literally everyone is gone.

How densely is Australia actually populated? Like the regions where people can and do actually live, not the desert?

Greater Sydney is about 400 per sq Km. I think it's similar for all the capital cities, where 90%+ of the population lives. I imagine any city consisting mostly of sprawling suburban bungalows would be similar. The feeling of overpopulation is largely a matter of shitty infrastructure.
Of course it doesn't take long to get to places with 0 people per sq km.
There's plenty of remote but comparatively lush areas in Tasmania and the far north though.

SLC has a pretty nice/efficient rail system called TRAX.



Problem for me is to use TRAX I still have to drive like 15 minutes to get to the station.

I've been to the Bannack one. Really cool. Montana turned a mining ghost town (and surrounding land) into a state park so as to preserve it.

In the link, there's apparently another ghost town in Montana, Garnet, that is beauro land management owned. I didn't know of that one. Blm has a lot of open hunting land that's great for antelope and good for elk. Other states, public hunting land is mostly a joke. Montana and its people are pretty cool all around. Missoula has too many displaced California hippies tho.

Missoula is also a goddamn college town so you get all that bullshit there.

I have a friend that lives in Helena and he hates it (granted, he needs to leave Montana for other reasons) but most of Montana is pretty chill in my experience.

There's a state owned ghost town right outside of Zion National Park as well... AND there's a polygamist town nearby too if you want to drive through it and feel creeped out while a car follows you all over town.
