I consider myself a Torontonian but do not think that way

Chris Jericho: "Welcome to MONDAY NITE JERICHO! Chris Jericho is 100% Canadian! You know, I spent my childhood in Canada, I grew up in Canada, I became everything that I am today in Canada. But now I live in the United States. But as I was walking down the streets of Toronto today, looking at the blue skies, and saying 'hi' to all the Torontonians, one thought pumped in my head: Man, I'm glad I moved to the States, 'cause Canada sucks

I recently got a stand up desk with a crank instead of motor. It's way better because it's cheaper to fix incase it breaks. Has really saved my back and knees.

yup, mine has a simple lever

the model is "Vari-desk".

I end up standing all day. only time I sit is for lunch. (if I have time)

Well that limits it to either or the two cities where you typically find people that think that way, Toronto or Quebec city.

You’re not from Toronto.

@Sketch wishes he could live in America.

No. I visit but that is it. NYC and Chicago mainly. I like eating brunch here or seeing a movie in a theatre without having to worry about a mass shooting.

You do have to be worried about being dehydrated. Soon enough I will feed you the fluids that will satiate your existence. There will be no pain upon the actualization my delicious friend....

Andrew Luck retired over the weekend.
Thanks. Maybe I will ask the internet who that is later but this is enough info for now to tell me I shouldn't have asked LOL

I have the same at my company. Huge quality of life improvement from previous jobs. I probably stand at it for about 75% of the day.

EDIT: looks like this

LOL.

Sometimes you try to cover for your country's racism, with humorous analogies. Sometimes it falls flat.

But yeah, that kind of overt racism is pretty rare up here. Shame on BC. Should probably banish that woman to Edmonton, where she'll fit in.
Seems like you aren't too familiar with Nova Scotia and Quebec, but especially Nova Scotia. Can't say it's much of a problem around here either, mind you, but some places are a lot worse than you have been describing.
[edit:]
This is no doubt an attempt to troll someone into a big reaction going on about how racist Canada really is, but it's good to see no one biting--well so far, I haven't fully caught up on the thread yet. Yet there is no doubt that the issue is not wholly absent in Canada and ought to be of concern, not hand waved away like it's nothing.

Denmark has come up with an innovative strategy to collect cigarette butts:

Someone passing by just ironically did the "ruff ruff" part of Who Let The Dogs Out.

I wish I had a shotgun to ominously *kachak*.
