I think the assumption of the risk doctrine would bar a claim.

Wasn't asking me but I imagine they'd get SOMETHING, maybe not what they were asking for but something as like you said he never touches them but the argument PROBABLY can be made they wouldn't react the way they do, fall, and hurt themselves if not for Hinn waving his hand in their face like a dingbat.

Aikido was my first martial art. I actually have been able to modify and implement akido style wrist locks for grappling. I use them often to pass butterfly guard. When I am hand fighting from the top I use them to get the guy on his back and pass.
